The UNITED consortium is strenghened by the The National Alzheimer’s Coordinating Center (NACC). We will be adding their fruitful database of over 5,000 individuals with MRI images and clinical information to the UNITED consortium.

NACC, based out of the University of Washington School of Public Health, began in 1999 and has since grown in database size considerably. The database includes clinical information on Alzheimer’s, frontotemporal dementia and Parkinson’s. Currently there are over 2000 individuals with a clinical diagnosis of one of the mentioned neurodegenerative diseases and we are very excited to begin processing the raw images into high-dimensional biomarkers for analysis!
